Estates and Works Division
 
The Estates & Works (EW) Division is under the overall control of Dy Chief Administrator Officer (Estates & Works)/Dy CAO(EW). There are five sections in this Division, viz E-1(A), E-1(B), E-2, Wks(A) and Wks(B). Detailed functions of these sections and Organisation Chart can be seen here.

The Division deals with the following: -

 Management of MoD Pool Accommodation/ allotment of residentail accomodation to all Service Officers posted to IHQ, MoD and ISOs at Delhi/New Delhi.
(ii)
 Allotment of Office Accommodation to the various contituents of Ministry of Defence.
(iii)
 Maintenance of Civil, Electrical and Horticultural Assets.
(iv)
 Budget Management for Capital/Maintenance work etc.
