Grievances Cell
 
 

Grievances Cell is functioning in the office of JS (T) & CAO to deal with the grievances of :
   
 
a
 AFHQ/Non-AFHQ civlian employees working in Army Headquarters, Naval Headquarters, Air Headquarters and Inter Service organisations (ISOs).
 
b
 Retired AFHQ employees.
 
c
 Dependants of deceased AFHQ employees.
 
d
 Office bearers of recognized Associations.
   
  In addition, the Cell also attends to cases relating to discrepancies in GPF accounts of employees working in Army HQ and ISOs as and when reported by them.

  Serving employees are required to forward their grievances through proper channel to the concerned authorities. If a grievance is addressed to Grievance cell, the same is forwarded to concerned authority with a copy marked to the individual. Representations not received through proper channel will be returned to the office of the individual with appropriate advice.
   
  Members of public i.e. retired employees, their dependants, and recognized Associations, are required to forward their grievances to CAO/Grievance Cell. These grievances are forwarded to concerned authorities for necessary action and appropriate reply to the individual under intimation to Grievances Cell. In case, it is not found feasible to accede to his/her request, a reasoned reply is issued by the concerned authority to the individual.
