The Administration Division provides administrative cover to about 12,000 civilian employees employed in the Army Headquarters and Inter Service Organisations. This division is under the overall charge of Dy Chief Administrative Officer (Administration)/Dy CAO (A). There are 14 sections in this division dealing with pay and allowances, leave, service records etc. of civilian employees employed in Army Headquarters and ISOs. More info... |

A Grievances Cell is functioning within the Administration Division to examine the grievances of serving/retired Armed Forces Headquarters civilian employees and to ensure their speedy settlement. This cell also acts as the nodal section for receiving RTI applications. |
